Located on E 6th St in the heart of Austin’s downtown entertainment district, Inn Cahoots offers stylish & spacious accommodations for large groups! This listing is for 3 combined units totaling over 7000 sq ft! Each suite has its own kitchen, living room, dining area and half bath upstairs, plus 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms upstairs! So you get a total of 3 kitchens, 3 living rooms, 3 dining areas, 15 bedrooms & 12 bathrooms (9 full). Not to mention the pool and roofdeck! 

Guests also have access to a shared pool, rooftop bar, a swanky cocktail lounge, and garden space where you'll find yard games, food trucks, and live music!

The space

Inn Cahoots is truly one-of-a-kind! We are an Airbnb-style hotel that specializes in large group travel including corporate, family, and friend gatherings. Our property was designed for groups wanting to create moments together in Austin! The hybrid hotel / AirBnB model allows us to offer our guests the best of both worlds: the comfort of a private living room and kitchen coupled with the standards of a hotel on almost a full block of outdoor garden space. 

Inn Cahoots has a hotel operating license, meaning that the City code restricting the number of guests that can stay in a short-term rental does NOT apply to us! This is why we boast that we are the ONLY place in Austin that you can legally host a group of more than 6 unrelated guests or 10 adults total!

This listing is for Combined Units 1-3, which occupy the entire first and second floors of the hotel. They each have their own kitchen, living, dining area and half bath downstairs, plus 5 bedrooms (w/ up to 13 beds) and 3 full bathrooms upstairs. Altogether, that's 15 bedrooms (w/ up to 39 beds) and 9 full bathrooms!

The other great thing about these units is that the first floor living spaces are separated by retractable walls that can be opened or closed to combine the downstairs living spaces. They also have exterior facing, frosted-glass garage doors that open out onto the pool veranda, creating an indoor/outdoor feel.

Finally, Units 4&5 are the smaller, single-level suites located on the third floor. They each have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, along with their own kitchen, living, and dining area. Unit 5 has the added bonus of a private, outdoor patio area!

Note: All five units are fully self-contained and private. The pool will be private to each unit for 3 hours every day, scheduled online by you!

We understand that the flexible nature of the property can make the layout of the property a bit confusing. Feel free to submit an inquiry for any of the listings and we can help you decide which unit or combinations of units is the best fit for your group!

Guest access

In addition to your own three private units (the entire first and second floors), you will have access to:

- Pool & Pool Courtyard Area, which will be available for your group to privately reserve for 3-hour time slots each day of your stay!

- Access to an expansive 3,500 sq. ft. outdoor roofdeck with amazing views of the downtown Austin skyline!

- A large garden space with food trucks, yard games, and bar-style TVs for sports and food trucks!

Other things to note

Every unit is equipped with an iPad that connects to speakers for wireless music control!

The pool is small (about 8x24ft). It's perfect for cooling off during the hot summer months in Austin, but is also heated so it can be enjoyed year round. Your group will be able to privately reserve the pool for a 3-hour time slot each day of your stay!

We have limited on-site parking available for our guests (3 spots), but there is plenty of metered street parking nearby and offsite parking can be arranged by request! The on-site spots are first-come, first-serve.
